Your Consultation
Dr. Hopping evaluates your ears as they relate to the rest of your face and determines if you are a good candidate for otoplasty. He shows you before and after examples of other patients who have had otoplasty and discusses anticipated results, risks and recovery.
The Procedure
Otoplasy can be done under local anesthesia as an outpatient procedure at our AAAHC-certified center. The procedure takes approximately 90 minutes and recovery is usually one week.
Expected Results
There is minimal pain and bruising following otoplasty. Most patients can usually return to work within 48 hours. The results of otoplasty are natural, less prominent ears that give patients a permanent, more sophisticated look.
